A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We may, at our sole discretion, provide replacement products for clearly damaged items where the product integrity is compromised.

Q: What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation email?

A: Make sure to check your Spam Folder and add “info@zerofourtwenty.com” to your Safe Sender list. You can find your previous orders under “My Account > Order History”, or send us an email with your account details and we’d be happy to resend your order confirmation email.

Q: Can I return unopened products?

A: No. All sales are final regardless of whether products are opened or unopened.

A: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Consider shipping to a secure location or using signature confirmation.
